He is survived by: his wife Cathy Spivey of Villa Rica; his stepdaughters, Kelsey Wiley (Matt) of Cumming and Stacey Geary (Evan Behm) of Scottsdale, Arizona; his mother Barbara Spivey of Loganville; his brother Johnny; his sister-in-law Kelly Spivey of Monroe; his sister Sandy; his brother-in-law Tommy Martin of Raleigh; and his grandchildren, Madilyn and Camden Wiley.
