He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar "Ed" Dutton and Mamie Boles Dutton; his wife Margaret Edwards Dutton; his siblings, James Dutton, Amos Dutton, Jerry Dutton, Charles Dutton, Infant Brother Dutton, Kathleen Grizzle, Ruby Nell House, Lillian Wilson and Geneva Grimes; and his grandchildren, Daryl Upton and Jessica Atkins.
He is survived by: his children, Matt Dutton (Renee), Pam Hemperley (Carl) and Renee Dutton; his sister Dorothy Rousy; his grandchildren, April, Eric, Mark and Crystal; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Elijah, Emerson, Everett, Caroline, Charlie, Jack, Juliet, Ashlyn, Abby, Sheriff, Keagan, Hunter, Zane and Noah.
A reception will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rosehaven Funeral Home (8640 Rose Ave, Douglasville, GA 30134).
