It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Banks of Villa Rica, Georgia, born in Dothan, Alabama, who passed away on September 3, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Brinkley, Sr. and Hortense Murrell Brinkley; and her siblings, James Hugh Brinkley, Jr., Maurice Brinkley and Edna Jo Brinkley.
She is survived by: her husband Harvey Banks; her son Craig Banks; her daughter-in-law Julie Banks of Douglasville; her sister Martha Hopkins of Villa Rica; and her grandson Trevor Banks.
