He was predeceased by: his parents, Grady Allen Sudduth and Bertie Inez Parks; his sons-in-law, Phil Malone and Johnny Huey; and his siblings, Virgil Sudduth (Eleanor), Marvin James Sudduth (Forrest) and Annie Ruth Ward (Roy).
He is survived by: his wife Frances Sudduth; and his children, Denatia Sudduth of Villa Rica, Dawn Malone of Temple, Keith Sudduth of Buchanan and Wade Sudduth (Janice) of Villa Rica. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
