She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sanford Turner and Lillian Craft Turner; her husband Max Wayne Worthan; and her siblings, Jerry Turner, Steve Turner, Brian Turner, Melissa Haynie and Banita Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon (Mike Lanier) and Jason Worthan of Carrollton, GA. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
