She is survived by: her husband Jerry Lynn Mayes; her children, Phillip Mayes (Kelly) of Temple, Jeff Mayes (Ashley) of Bremen and Amy Foster (Abram) of Rockmart, Georgia; and her siblings, Myron Richey (Kathy) of Taft, Roger Richey (Kim) of Dallas and Cindy Thompson of Villa Rica, Georgia. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
