She was predeceased by: her parents, John Howard Combes, Jr. and Clara June Hughes; her daughter Jodi Allgood; and the father of her children George "Dev" Ormiston. She is survived by: her children, Raquel Wisener (Shane) of Alabama, Amie Willis of Villa Rica, Jeremy Ormiston (Monica) of Langston and Marc Ormiston of Watkinsville; her son-in-law Dennis Allgood of Bremen; her sisters, Kay Richter of Illinois, Kathie Owens of Florida and Nan Gorham (Roger) of Arizona; and her grandchildren, Kenneth, Arielle, Hillary, Emily, Brandon, Kaitlyn, Sam, Alyson, Justin and Addison. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
