He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Carroll Fishburne and Katherine Boggs Fishburne; his wife Sonja Fishburne; his son Johnny Fishburne; and his brothers, Mickey and Donnie Fishburne.
He is survived by: his children, Robi (Tracy Mobley) of Ranburne, Susan Young of Heflin, Rebekah (Shane Brock) of Carrollton, Walter Fishburne of Waco, Adam Fishburne of Waco and Joe (Ashtonya Fishburne) of Waco; and his siblings, Kathy (Richard Spall) of Jupiter, FL, Trudy Goodman of Paragould, AR, Earl Fishburne of Douglasville, Gordy (Lou Fishburne) of Dawsonville and Jeff (Pat Fishburne) of Newnan. He is also survived by grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren; and a number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
