He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey L. Lepard and Lily M. Stephens Lepard; his children, Starla Watts and Scott Lepard; his granddaughter Courtney Watts; and his sisters, Kitty Nixon, Welma Orr, Evelyn Williams, Virginia Kelley and Frances Pope.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Strickland Lepard; his son Steven Lepard (Zabrina); and his brother-in-law Jimmy Strickland. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the New Hope Methodist Church (89 New Hope Road, Carrollton, GA 30117).
