She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Jones and Cordelia Jones; her husband Olin Benefield; her son Chalmos Lee Benefield; her grandson Jason McWaters; and her great grandchild Timber Benefield.
She is survived by: her children, Cathy (Sidney McWaters), Rickey (Alicia Benefield) and Diane Reeves; her daughter-in-law Carol Benefield; her grandchildren, James Benefield, Tracie Folds, Jeremy McWaters, Codey Benefield, Clint Benefield, Kassie Mohammed, Katie Hardigree and Jarret Allen; her great grandchildren, Dru Allen, Jack Allen, Jonathan Allen, Madison Undseth, Justin Benefield, Brittan Miller, Korey Benefield, Ariel Benefield, Kaydence Hardigree, Kyson Hardigree, Kaia Mohammed and Asher Mohammed; and her great great grandchildren, Peyton, Paisley, Taylor and Jessica.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Rainwater Funeral Home (317 N Carroll St, Bowdon, GA 30108). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mountain View Baptist Church (1928 High Point Rd, Bowdon, GA 30108).
