He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Sams Bentz; his children, Karl (Jodi), Steve (Missy), Kristen (Lyman) and Heidi (Justin); his grandchildren, Laura (Aaron), Charles (Mary), Kenzie, Gunnar, Raleigh, Burton and Marie; his great grandchildren, Robert and Maddie; and his sisters, Eileen Schuetz and Anne Maco. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
