He is survived by: his children, Nora Menke of Warner Robins, Amy Dossett (Eric) of Forsyth, Amanda Freeman (Brent) of Forsyth and Scott Menke (Sierra) of Forsyth; his sister Daphne Tolbert (Jean) of Minnesota; his grandchildren, Madison, Nicholas, Floyd Jr., Liam, Charlee, Eva, Kadie, Taylor, Blake, Chase, Jace, Hannah, Landon and Jack; his siblings' children, Doug Tolbert (Jenny) of Alabama, Kyle (Crystal) of Georgia, Abby and Sarah Tolbert of Minnesota; his father Jayson; and his brother Jason Tolbert.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Monroe County Memorial Chapel (86 W Main St, Forsyth, GA 31029). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Monroe Hills Memorial Gardens (Forsyth, GA 31029).
