She was predeceased by: her parents, Lavada Peavy Hughes and C. D. Hughes; and her sister Linda Willingham (Clark). She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" Wagner; her children, Allen H. Wagner (Denise), James "Mike" Wagner (Debra) and Elizbeth "Beth" Rozeboom (Victor); her grandchildren, Jamey, Katey, Alex and Mia; and her sister Pat Brigham (Charles). She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
