He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Sim and Rita Miotto Sim; and his sister-in-law Juanita Noe. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Sim; his children, Patricia Henshaw (Jeff) of Nevada and Michael Sim (Sheri) of Algonquin, Illinois; his grandchildren, Michael Sim, Alex Sim-Edelman, Matthew Sim and Rebekah O'Brien; his son Gary Noe of Beardstown, Illinois; and his pet Gracie.

Donations may be given in memory of Arthur to the Shriners Hospital c/o Al-Sihah Shrine, P.O. Box 3147, Macon, GA 31205.
