He is survived by : his wife Peggy Barnes Head; his son Shaun G. Head; his grandchildren, Miyah Head, Isaiah Head and Ethan Head; his mother Elizabeth Head; and his siblings, Earnest Head (Mary), Amy Little, Willie Neal Jr., Ronald Neal, Ray Neal (Cynthia), Victor Neal and Kathy Tate. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
