She is survived by: her husband James Adcock; her children, James "Jay" Courtney, Jr., Richard "Ricky" Courtney, Karen Williams, Janet Smith, Judy Wilson (David), Sandra Kerns (James) and Patty Johnson (Calvin); her grandchildren, Jeremy Ross Joshua (Danielle), Michael McGraw (Kathryn), Derrek Courtney, Danielle Belanger (Neil), Kyle Johnson (Kimberly), Brian Johnson (Chatoya) and Tyler Johnson; and her pet Benji. She is also survived by extended family members and countless friends.
