It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bill Outz (Warner Robins, Georgia), born in Hartwell, Georgia, who passed away on March 3, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Luther "Charlie" Outz and Sara Dickerson Outz Bradley; and his sister Martha Outz Taylor. He is survived by : his wife Wilma Lawrence Outz; his children, Wendy Keene (Gregg Robinson), William Outz, Jr. and W. Richard Outz (Susan); his siblings, Betty Outz Byrd and Lamar Outz (Marilyn); his grandchildren, Katie (John), Noelle (Eric), Colin, Lane, Cole (Quinn) and Jessica (Austin); and his great grandchild James. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
