He was predeceased by: his wife Caroll Watkins; and his son Tracy Watkins. He is survived by: his daughters, Yvonne Williams (Doug) of Somerset, OH and Bernadine Wallace (Doug) of Grove City, OH; and his close friend Sharon Durden. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; brothers and sisters.
