He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth Hammond (Craig Graham) and Warren Hammond (Patricia); his grandchildren, Jason Hammond (Nicole), Warren Shafor (Nicole), Mallory Tucker (Jared), Adam Deich and Paul Hammond (Jenna); his great grandchildren, Levi James, Lily James, Phoebe Hammond, Brooke Shafor, Nolan Hammond, Eben Shafor, Charles Tucker and Maggie Tucker; and his siblings, Joseph D. Hammond (Alice) and Ellen Morgan (John).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Denbo Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at the Wickliffe Cemetery.
