Carole Cox Bartee Obituary
We announce the death of Carole Cox Bartee (Warner Robins, Georgia), who passed away on October 16, 2026, at the age of 88. Carole will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Rufus Cox and Lillie Frances Hall; her husband Charles Donald Bartee; and her siblings, Joyce Johnson of North Carolina, Faye Smith of North Carolina and Billy Cox of North Carolina.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kennecia Garrison (Hal) and Donna Walcott; her grandchildren, Kimberly Ricketson (Allen), Megan Salter (Eric), Becky Taylor and Parker Walcott; her great grandchildren, Brayden Ricketson, Victoria Parramore (TJ), Kyra Taylor, Brycen Sursely and Kolton Walcott; and her brothers, Johnny Cox of North Carolina and Eddis "Boo" Cox of Oregon.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Magnolia Park Cemetery (205 S Pleasant Hill Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31088).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Friendship Baptist Church Building Fund.
