He is survived by : his daughter Casey Nicole Nutting Sams; his stepfather Freeman "Skeet" Cross (Nancy); his aunt Toni Nutting Mckie; his uncle Marc Smith; his niece Cheyenne Cross; his nephews, Dalton Cross, Peyton Cross and Dustin McCallum; and his cousins, AJ and Kevin Smith. He is also survived by friends and family.
