He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Anderson Hunt, Sr. and Annie Lee Hunt; and his wife Vida Lucinda "Cindy" Hunt. He is survived by: his brother Richard Hunt (Sandra); his children, Amy Keenom (Jeff), Chris Walker (Patrice), Mike Walker (Lisa) and Mitch Walker (Karen); his grandchildren, Chrysanna Keenom, Amy Wood (Wesley), Brad Walker (Stephanie), Kiersten Woods (Brian), Clint Walker (Alyssa), Abby Walker (Tyler), Anna Beth Walker (Matthew) and Ashley Turner (Jed); his great grandchildren, Asa Woods, Walker Woods, Willa Woods, Hudson Walker, Jorja Wood, Jackson Wood, Jacob Wood (Makayla) and Maggie Fisher; his great great grandchild Hank Wood; his nieces and nephews, Dana Groebner (Erick), Meredith Braham, Doug Hunt (Shelley) and Rick Hunt (Christy); his former wife Janice Hunt; and his close friend Karen Mayberry. He is also survived by 11 great-nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McCullough Funeral Home (417 S Houston Lake Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31088). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Chapel of McCullough Funeral Home (417 S Houston Lake Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31088).
