Gutierrez Windham of Centerville; his children, Misty Lockwood of Kingman, Wendy Keohane of Justice, Jessica Perkins (John) of Benton and Troy Windham of Clovis; his grandsons, Kevin Rodgers, Jeff Lockwood Jr., Lucas Perkins and Warren Perkins; his siblings, Mark Windham (Robin) and Vickie Earich; and his nieces and nephews, Cory Windham, Heather Grimsley, Blake Earich and Sydney Ridge.
