She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank H. Shave, Jr. and Jo Marsene Howard Davis; and her stepsiblings, Patty Purvis and Alan Davis. She is survived by: her husband Gary Mendel; her son Dustin Mendel; her grandchildren, Connor of Warner Robins and Colleen Mendel of Warner Robins; her brother Gary Shave (Shirley) of Bonaire; and her stepbrothers, Steven Davis (Vicki) of Bonaire and Michael Davis (Sandy) of Cumming. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Diann to First Baptist Church of Centerville, 108 Church St., Centerville, GA 31028.
