She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Simual and Roxie Mae O'Rear (Butler); her husbands, Allen Henry Campbell and Clyde Edward Cook; and her siblings, Larry O'Rear, Guy O'Rear, Charles Butler and Betty Thompson (O'Rear).
She is survived by: her children, Jim Woods of Springfield, OH, Yolanda Lifter (Bruce) of Malabar, FL, Kelley Sorrow of Kathleen, GA and Holly Stuart (Skip) of Fernandina Beach, FL; her grandchildren, Ashley Wainwright (Daniel), Allyson Lifter (Jamie McGlothin), Kimberly Chase (Douglas), Hank Sorrow (Tiffany) and Avery Campbell; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Tucker, Lexy, Sadie and Pacey; her siblings, Patsy Waller (Hugh) of Cochran, GA and Ron O'Rear (Sue) of Xenia, OH; and her siblings-in-law, Fred Thompson of Kathleen, GA and June O'Rear of Perry, GA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
