She is survived by: her son Joseph Michael Prostredny; and her grandchildren, Katerina Prostredny, Michaela Prostredny and Brandon Whitley.

In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully request that donation be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church in loving memory of Ms. Prostredny.
