He is survived by: his parents, Eleta Chapple and Cephus Chapman, Sr.; his wife Stefanie Chappell; his children, LaFredrick, DeLinoray Chappell, Dealindria Chappell and Zaniya Culler; his grandchildren, Braedon, Ky Miri and Ryleigh; his siblings, Keith Towles, Angela Sutton (Rodrick), Ellis Veal (Tamekia), Cephus Chapman, Jr. (Charlene), Roger Redding (Nicole), Latosha Bond, Chiquita Burnette (Eldred), Vince Albritton, Tony T. Willis (Terrilyn) and Victoria Crawford; his uncles, Willie Chappell (June), Carey Chappell, Joseph (Linda), Thomas Chappell and Jack Chappell (Kavia); his aunt Delilah (Carol Williams); his sister-in-law Tia Perry; and his sister Andrea Shilli. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and sperial friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Upper Mt. Zion Baptist Church (7772 US-80, Jeffersonville, GA 31044). A burial was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at the same location.
