He is survived by: his niece Barbara Rush (Richard); his nephew Albert Churney (Janet); his wife Linda Jean Clark (Collins); and his daughters, Traci Jean Clark, Sandra Ethleen Khoury (William) and Lucinda Marie Wainwright (Keith). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, in-laws, friends.
