He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy William Loftin and Emmie Sue Strickland Loftin; his brothers, Thomas Loftin and Robert Loftin; and his grandsons, Robert Jordy Loftin and Matthew D. Lott.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Loftin of Warner Robins; his children, Robert Theodore Loftin of Dublin, Deborah Sullivan (Mark) of Warner Robins and George Douglas Loftin of Dublin; his siblings, Roy Loftin (Gail) of Dublin and Isabelle Johnson of Rockledge; his grandchildren, George William Lott (Tasha) and Margaret Sullivan; and his great grandchild Lucy Rae Lott. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and lifelong friends.
