We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2022, at the age of 93, Gladys J. Kersey (Warner Robins, Georgia), born in Coeburn, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Harold Kersey; and her parents, Garfield Salyer and Annie Barker Salyer. She is survived by: her daughters, Rosemary J. King (Ralph) of Warner Robins and Deborah A. Belcher (David) of Dacula; her grandchildren, L. David King (Elysha) of Arlington, Virginia and Bryan J. Basamanowicz (Katherine) of Ventura, California; and her great grandchildren, Connor, Caitlin King of Arlington, Virginia, Simon and Frederick Basamanowicz of Ventura, California..
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Gladys J. Kersey to the Cure for Kids Foundation c/o St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
