She was predeceased by: her parents, George Stonecypher and Margaret Stonecypher; her husband Charles Ray Woods; her son Steve Woods; and her brother Robert Stonecypher.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Cochran (Doug) of Warner Robins and Dennis Woods (Dawn) of Bolingbroke; her grandchildren, Joshua Woods, Shane Cochran, Alyssa Riden (Anthony), James Robert Van Bibber (Lori) and Rachel Woods; her stepgrandchildren, Tyler Buell (Makeya), Justin Buell (Katelyn) and Kanlie Buell; her great grandchildren, Aiden Van Bibber, Will Van Bibber, Noah Buell, Jonah Buell, James Buell, Ayanna Brown, Jaxon Woods and Beau Riden; and her sisters, Dorothy Dye (James) and Mary O'Neal (Alton).
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of Helen.
