He is survived by: his children, David Jones, Pearlie Hunt (Eckel, Jr), Lucille Lewis (Farriel), Glenda Hickey, Gregory Jones and Randy Jones; his sisters, Rosa Jordan and Ida Barnes; his sister-in-law Rosa Taylor; and his nephew Eddie Jones. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, September 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Richard R. Robinson Chapel (4000 Russell Pkwy, Warner Robins, GA 31088). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Houston Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church (603 SR 96, Bonaire, GA 31005). A burial was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at the Lamar Cemetery (1003 Feagin Mill Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31088).
