He was predeceased by: his mother Patricia A. Blevins (Sandsberry); and his sister Leslie Blevins. He is survived by: his father Troy D. Blevins; his daughter Taylor Blevins of Barnesville, GA; his siblings, Tammy and Troy D. Blevins, Jr. (Jolene); his nephews, Dusty and Dylan Blevins; his caregiver Mary Klausen; and his stepmother Edwina Blevins.
