He is survived by: his wife Carrie Jeanette "Jeanie" Hoffman of Georgia; his children, Lee Ann Wernli (Mark) of Texas, Greg Hoffman (Sandy) of Illinois, Holly Hoffman of Illinois and Tom Hoffman (Becky) of Illinois; his grandsons, Tyler, Colby and Charley Wernli; and his children, Allison and Samantha Hoffman. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
