With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jamie Lynne Padgett (Warner Robins, Georgia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 1, 2026 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Hood and Kay Fairchild Hood; her brother James Hood; and her stepmother Pauline Hood. She is survived by: her children, Joshua Jones (Tamra) of Perry, Shawn Allen of Warner Robins and David Austin Padgett (Florencia); her grandchildren, Lexi, Noah, Miles, A'la, McKenzie, Tanner, Savannah, Max and Nina; and her siblings, Barbara Wolfe and Raymond Hood.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Jamie Lynne Padgett to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
