She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucius Lee and Ruby Grimes Lee; her husband Lamar Morgan; her daughter Tracy Billings Kimball; and her son-in-law Jeffrey Stephen Kimball.
She is survived by: her son Robert "Bobby" Carl Billings; her grandchildren, Joshua Stephen Kimball, Jacob Lee Kimball and Caitlin Elizabeth Mammah (Larry); her great grandchild Amelia Ruth Mammah; and her brother Robert "Bobby" C. Lee (Dotti).
In lieu of flowers, Janice has asked that donations be made to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital, an organization close to her heart.
