He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph E. Burton and Marcella Ziemonn Burton. He is survived by: his wife Cathie A. Burton of Byron; his children, Geri Baser (Jeff) of Union and Brian Hill of Warner Robins, Georgia; his stepchildren, Andrew J. Ball of Byron and Ashlie L. Guiterrez (Frank) of Byron; his sister Marilyn Smith (Roger) of New Mexico; and his sister-in-law Karen Sisk of Warner Robins.
