He is survived by: his wife Gloria Franklin Parker of Perry; his children, Sarah Parker Gaff (Jeff) of Perry, James Parker (Blanca) of Cloud Croft, NM, Carol Wallace and Kelly Potts; his grandchildren, Mona Wallace, James Parker, Michael Parker, Frances Wallace and Abigail Bedgood; and his siblings, Sybil Coffey, James Harry Parker and David L. Parker (Barry Parker). He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
