She is survived by: her husband Lonnie Amerson; her children, Angela Ruth Spinks (Josh) of Cordele and Neil Bryant Amerson (Talia) of Roberta; her grandchildren, Erick, Elton and Perce; her siblings, Faye Cochran (Dave) of Macon, Billy Dowd (Vivian) of Woodstock, David Dowd (Ruby) of Juliette, Lloyd Dowd (Carolyn) of Macon, Tony Dowd (Janet) of Centerville, Becky Pham of Wrightsville, Sharon Alford (Ricky) of Ft. Valley, Robin Dowd of Warner Robins, Arlin H Dowd, Jr. of Warner Robins, Jennifer Burch (Lee) of Juliette, Doyle Dowd (Anna) of Wichita Falls and Lori Wood (Randy) of Dublin; and her pet Duke. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lighthouse Baptist Church (1101 Dunbar Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31093). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM and at 3:00 PM at the same location.
