With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of JoAnn Arnold Kent (Warner Robins, Georgia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 27, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As JoAnn departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though JoAnn may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy JoAnn leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earcy Arnold and Irene Arnold; her husband J. W. Kent; and her brother Glen Arnold. She is survived by: her children, Rex Kent (Martha) of Enterprise, Sonja Hays of Warner Robins, Georgia and Debbie Carthen (James) of Roxboro.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McCullough Funeral Home (417 S Houston Lake Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31088). A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully suggests memorial donations be given in memory of JoAnn Kent to The American Cancer Society at P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
