He was predeceased by: his parent Floy Norris; his wife Gloria Carden Norris of Warner Robins; his brother Joe; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Norris of Wrightsville. He is survived by: his children, Natalie Norris Lollis (Chip) of Perry, Jeff Norris (Kyoko) of Atlanta, Sonya Norris Dykes (Joey) of Vidalia, Stephen Norris (Michelle) of Athens, Michele McDonough of Warner Robins and Michael McDonough (Brandi) of Byron; and his sisters, Judy Norris and Patsy Palmer (Alan). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren.
