He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ed Flournoy and Nettie B. Holton Flournoy; his son Travis Exzavier Flournoy; and his siblings, Eugene Wilson, Eddie Flournoy and Leila Allen.
He is survived by: his son Ltd; his wife Willa Lamar Flournoy; his children, Dominique Flournoy, Sr. (Diann), Alphonza Flournoy (Robin), Timothy Harris (Temeka), Douglas Scott, III (Yolanda), Cory Flournoy, Dexter Lamar (Tonya), Charlese Yates, Melanie Yates, Scarla Johnson (Jimmy) and Channel J. Flournoy (Tangela Lamar-Flournoy); his siblings, Lester Wilson, Harry Wilson, Willie James Holton, John Flournoy, Jr., Eva Gary (William), Mary Ann Flournoy and Elois Holton; and his close friends, Johnny Will Moore (Yolanda) and John Lamar. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren.
