She was predeceased by: her father Wilson Cook; and her brother Joseph Cook. She is survived by: her husband Tom Phillips; her children, Candace Mize (Matt) and Eric Knight; her grandchildren, Gracie Mize, Mollie Mize, Ryder Mize and Major Knight; and her siblings, Cathy Allen, Margaret Reaves, Angela Hudson and Carlton Cook (Linda). She is also survived by extended family and friends.
