He was predeceased by: his father Otis Collins; and his sister Faye Schwandt. He is survived by: his siblings, Donnie Collins of Perry and J. T. Collins (Beth) of Perry; his brother-in-law Bob Schwandt; his girlfriend Linda Hillard of Dudley; and his stepdaughter Jessica West. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
