She was predeceased by: her mother Linda King Douglas. She is survived by: her father Raymond Wesley Douglas of Bonaire; her siblings, David Douglas (Sandy) of Cleveland, OH and Kathie Axtell (Jerry) of Warner Robins; and her nephew Tyler Axtell (Sydney).
