He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Jackson and Nettie Inez Bass Kelley; his wife Gail Oliver Kelley; and his siblings, Robbie Kelley and Kathryn Chambless.
He is survived by: his daughters, Dawn Brose (Mark) and Jill Hancock (Alan); his grandchildren, Ryan Mark Brose, Taylor Vickers, Zoe Hancock and Noah Hancock; his great grandchildren, Cayden and Hayley Vickers; and his sister Debbie Hall (Doug). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
