He is survived by: his mother Clara Mae Perdue Cash; his wife Collette Carmen Bukucs Cash; his children, Kristy, Richard Stephens and Allison Smith; his grandchildren, Makayla Baker, Joseph Combs and Elizabeth Rose Smith; his great grandchild Alaster Cox; his stepchildren, Colette Bukucs, Michelle Bukucs, Francisco Bukucs, Nichole Bukucs, Emilio Bukucs and Jimmy Exley; and his siblings, Charles Cash, Cindy Bowman, Pamela Paulsen and Joan Garn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
