He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lewis; his children, Stacey Montford (Michael) and Michael Lewis (Candice); his grandchildren, Wesley Montford, Xavier Montford, Branden Montford, Landen Lewis and Logan Lewis; his siblings, Cathy Lewis of Bonaire and Nate Jackson of Dublin; his aunts, Louise Kinsey (Douglas) of Clarkston and Cora Hodges of Atlanta; his siblings-in-law, Edward Pollard (Janet) of Virginia and Sharon Pollard of Sylvester, Georgia; and his friend James Harrison. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
