She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil J. Brown, Sr. and Velta Alice Johnson; and her sister Susan Watkins. She is survived by: her son Robert Alley (Tiffany) of Perry, Georgia; her grandchildren, Kylie Blackwell (Thomas), Abigail Alley and Easton Alley; and her brother Virgil Junior Brown (Stephani).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Calendar McCullough Funeral Home (417 S Houston Lake Rd, Warner Robins, GA 31088). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
The family will accept flowers or donations may be given in memory of Phyllis Eugenia Alley to Bonaire First Baptist Church Building Fund, 142 SR 96, Bonaire, Georgia 31005.
