He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Howell and Lorene Howell; his wife Laura Lee Howell; his children, Lindsay Lee Lopez (Mike) and Ryan Lee Howell; his grandson Dante Lee Lopez; and his sisters, Rebecca Howell Ozzie (Jack) and Rhonda Howell Spurlin (Lonnie).
